Passionate about creativity, urban development and collaborative innovation, Ekaterina is an advisor and projects coordinator with an international experience.

Ekaterina has an academic background in International Relations (ISKRAN, Moscow), European Studies (College of Europe, Bruges, Belgium) and Political Science (University of Liege, Belgium). Prior to joining the Yellow Ball, she has advised companies and public actors, notably the European Parliament, on various policy and regulatory issues. Her expertise includes research and analysis, project management and innovative methods – she holds certificates in Leadership Through Design Innovation and High Performance Collaboration.
Ekaterina’s focus is on the dynamic policy-making with collaborative and co-creation approaches that deliver positive social impact. As a community supporter, she co-founded the Quartier Stuff Grünewald, a voluntary association that is born from a district innovation lab process, and currently serves as its Vice-President.
